It all started when our masters carefully selected a large proportion of whiskey distilled in copper stills and a rare small batch grain whiskey and left to mature in charred bourbon barrels. The whiskey was ripening, developed aromatic notes of charred wood, spice and exotic fruit creating the unmistakable rich and smooth taste Jameson Black Barrel.
