Ruby color with purple highlights. Ripe black and red fruits dominate the nose with sour cherry, plum and cherry stealing the show. Violet and freshly chopped peppercorns create a rich and complex aromatic bouquet. Intense rounded tannins, attractive acidity with a pleasant aftertaste that leaves you with a feeling of sweet spices in the mouth that lasts. It is always served at a temperature of 17-18 C and can accompany excellent grilled meats, cooked meats with rich sauces, lamb, hard yellow cheeses of great maturity.
