From grapes grown by organic practices of Thessalian variety Limnionas. Controlled fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months gives the wine an intense ruby red color, fruity aromas of strawberry and raspberry, quince and sweet aromas of dried figs and spicy aromas of cinnamon, clove and white pepper. In the mouth, soft and round, is characterized by balanced acidity, silky tannins, spicy flavors and a long smooth finish.
