It is produced from the Moschato variety of Alexandria and follows the classic process of white winemaking. The harvest takes place in August and the fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to make an aromatic wine. A technique called ##Rotating Cone Column## is then used to extract the alcohol. It has a light critical color, rich and fresh aromas of flowers, from green apples and peaches.
