Two great varieties of Greek vineyard are combined with the most popular international white grape in a very delicious wine. Malagouzia and Assyrtiko ferment in small tanks and mature for three months with wine lees, while Chardonnay fermented in 300 lt barrels where it matured for 4 months acquiring a rich and fatty character. The vineyards located on the beautiful slopes of Egialia at high altitude endow the wine with cool acidity and expressive aromas. Straw yellow color with green hues. White flowers, basil, white nectarine and coconut butter on the nose. In the mouth the crispy acidity is well integrated by the tannins of the barrels. Nice complexity on the palate?and a long refreshing after taste. Food pairings: Sea food, white fresh cheese and poultry.
