Deep ruby in apperance. Ripe cherry and raspberry flavors flood the mouth. Layered notes of leather and black pepper add spiciness to the palate. Lush tannins and balanced acidity provide a solid strucutre. Warm and lengthy finish. A Syrah not afar from the classics but still a highly individual one. Ageing potential 10-15 years. Decant and serve at 18 C.
