Its color is light salmon, with some orange, onion highlights. Beautiful aromatic, floral nose of red rose, but also of red fruits reminiscent of strawberry, blueberry, sour cherry and cherry, which is completed by subtle hints of caramel. In the mouth it is provocative and expressive, exuberant with crisp fresh red fruit, thirst-quenching acidity, balanced body and a fruity aftertaste that lingers and accentuates the aromas of the nose. A fine and elegant rose food wine, able to accompany almost any fresh tomato dish, such as lobster pasta, saganaki shrimp, pasta with minced meat. It goes particularly well with chicken and pork in light red sauces. It combines harmoniously with Asian cuisine, such as Chinese, and with grilled or cooked fatty fish, such as salmon. It accompanies cold charcuterie and cheese dishes and, thanks to its tannic structure, goes well with grilled meats, where the summer heat prevents a classic red wine.
