Bright straw color with greenish reflections, aromas of exotic fruits, such as mango, ripe fruits, such as pear and citrus, but also aromas of spring flowers, such as white rose, combined with aromas of sage and marjoram. In the mouth it is rich and full of strong aromatic character, with balance and freshness and with a spicy aftertaste that lasts a long time. Ideal to accompany the traditional snacks of Greek cuisine such as dolmadas with vine leaves, green pies, cheese pies, salads with fresh vegetables, as well as risotto or pasta with seafood. Combines harmoniously with Asian cuisine, grilled fish, chicken and pork with white sauces or breaded. Perfect as a summer aperitif or as a harmonious closing of a meal accompanied by cheeses and fruits. Serve at a temperature of 8o-10o C in a tulip-shaped glass for white edible wines.
