Γυμνή Βασίλισσα 0,75lt

A premium white wine, from Assyrtiko and Chardonnay. These two varieties have the ability to 'gain' from contact with oak and maturation. Maturing in new barrels where it stays for several months, it acquires its complex character. Although it is still a new wine, it produces aromas of fresh citrus, citrus peels, ripe exotic fruits and notes of nuts, butter and vanilla. The barrel remains discreet and in balance with the other characteristics. In the mouth it is rich and oily, with noticeable acidity and a long buttery aftertaste. Accompany it with rich dishes of fish and white meat, lamb, pasta with white sauces, risotto, schnitzel and bagpipes.
