Bright ruby ??color in the glass with purple and purple highlights. On the nose cool aromas of red fruits with plum and cherry as if you had just cut them. From here, things get trickier, and this is where the true love of bacon and licorice, hints of graphite and licorice comes in. Medium volume body, as cool as the nose, with fine fruity aromas supported by gentle tannins and balanced acidity. Cherry, strawberry and gooseberry have the first say, with licorice complementing the pleasant and easy-to-drink ensemble. The good lasting fruity aftertaste leaves the cherry in the mouth for an hour. Enjoy it slightly cool at 15 degrees.
