Fine bubbles combined with aromas of peach, ripe pears, flowers and tropical fruits. Creamy, sweet and with a long aftertaste. The product is produced in the Penedes valley from the well-known varieties of Catalonia (Macabeo-Xarello-Parellada) but also has a bit of our well-known Chardonnay for more ##fruit## and freshness. It is medium dry (has 45gr/lt residual sugars), fine bubbles, refreshing acidity and a long aftertaste. It is recommended to be served frozen in large wine glasses (balloons) with 3 ice cubes or a stand for cocktails, in bars/beachbars etc. mainly in the tourist areas.
