Machir Bay 0.70L

Machir Bay is the flagship of the Kilchoman Distillery line. It's named after Islay's famous Machir Bay Beach, located near the distillery. Machir Bay is a single malt that ages with a complex combination of Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry barrels. So it gets a nice balance of vanilla, smoked Butterscotch and fruit. Tropical fruits and dried raisins open the delicious palette while the hot smoke surrounds it in a playful way. Aromas of citrus, vanilla biscuit and elegant peat smoke. Ripe fruits sprinkled with black peppers in the aftertaste.
