Cherry red color with purple hues. Complex and highly varietal aromas. Reminiscent of black berries with a predominance of blackcurrants and also with notes of liquorice and violets.  Structured, sweet and fruity. Blackberries and a flavorful sweet tannin, to give it a pleasant, round aftertaste with an intense mouth aroma.  A very good match for all types of meat and game.
