Bright yellow color with greenish reflections and complex citrus aromas with intense orange blossoms on a background of minerality. In the mouth it is exuberant, well-balanced, with a crisp refreshing acidity and an elegant aftertaste of long duration. It accompanies excellent raw or steamed shellfish, grilled or fried fish, seafood pasta, white meats, lamb oregano or fricassee, dolmadas and dishes with eggnog.
