Gentlemen’s Soda

Three Cents aspired to encapsulate all the freshness and complexity of Greek citrus into one unique soft drink. Fragrant bergamot and refreshing tangerine are the cream of the crop of Mediterranean citrus, combining complex fragrances and flavours to create Three Cents Gentlemen’s Soda. The product name Gentlemen’s Soda was chosen after the Turkish etymology of bergamot, “beg armudi” – the gentleman’s pear, which also inspired the drawing on the label. Like all other drawings on Three Cents bottle labels, the original artwork on Three Cents Gentlemen’s Soda is handmade and depicts a bowler hat on a bergamot fruit.
