Bright pale blonde color with yellow highlights. Intense aromatic character of white flesh and tropical fruits and notes of wild flowers. Delicate mouth with satisfactory acidity, very good balance of flavors, cool aftertaste and unique mouthfeel of flowers and fruits. Serve at a temperature of 8o-10o C in a tulip-shaped glass for white edible wines. It accompanies wonderfully fresh salads with citrus sauce, classic dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, such as grilled fish, seafood and vegetables, asparagus, white meat, grilled chicken, but also Asian cuisine. It is pleasantly drunk alone, as a cool aperitif, but also in combination with yellow and white cheeses (feta or goat). It is enjoyed fresh in the first 2-3 years of its life.
