Berta Elisi 0,50lt

Elisi is an excellent sample of grappa 'middle aging', that is, somewhere between Giulia (which is relatively short-lived) and the rest of Berta's 'holy monsters', with ages over the decade. Here we have a very careful selection of French oak barrels, mainly with wood from the famous Troncais and Allier forests. The varied composition is stunning - 50% Barbera from Asti, 25% Nebbiolo from Barolo and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.
