In 1634 we have the first written evidence of the existence and production of beer by the monks of the Order of Saint Francis of Paola (St. Francis of Paola) established a branch in Neuhauser Strasse in Munich. Today the Paulaner Brauerei belongs in BHI (Brau Holding International AG) by 50.1% and Heineken NV 49.9%. But it remains thus in German hands. A world dear weissbier with yeast, banana, orange prevail, while in the aftertaste and aroma is sweet and peppery.
