Crystal clear, pale salmon colour. Intense aromatic character, reminiscent of fine notes of peach, rose, raspberry and honey. Very vivid and fresh due to its high acidity which balances very smoothly with the sweetness from the residual sugars exhibiting a long fresh aromatic aftertaste.
