Kallisti  Reserve is the ultimate expression of the Αssyrtiko variety in contact with oak. Having recognized the potential of Assyrtiko, various new vinification methods were applied, in yet another pioneering effort. The result is a magnificent white wine with a complex character. Crystal clear with a hay yellow color and golden hue. A very complex and interesting aroma driven by notes of lemontrees and fresh cut apples which are embraced by very subtle oak, hazelnut, vanilla and smoke aromas. A full-bodied wine, rich, fatty and round with balanced acidity. Citrus fruit type aromas with nice oaky and spicy notes on a warm long finish with the typical “mineral” twist of Santorini assyrtiko.
